Fiberglass Technician – Motorhome Repair Specialist

We are seeking a semi-skilled/skilled Fiberglass Technician specializing in the repair of motorhome/caravan/boat panels. The ideal candidate should have mid-level qualifications, and you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged fiberglass panels on motorhomes. Your role will ensure the panels maintain both their structural integrity and aesthetic quality. Youll work with various fiberglass materials, tools, and techniques to deliver outstanding results. Key ResponsibilitiesInspect and assess damaged fiberglass panels on motorhomes.Clean, sand, and prepare surfaces for repair.Apply fiberglass materials, including resin, gelcoat, and matting, to damaged areas.Utilize techniques to repair, shape, and mold fiberglass panels.Sand, grind, and polish repaired areas for a smooth, high-quality finish.Collaborate with team members and management to meet project deadlines.
