Job Description Job Summary: Our client seeks to employ a dedicated and qualified FET Phase Educator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering quality education to learners in the Further Education and Training phase, preparing them for further studies and the workplace while fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the South African National Curriculum.
Teach subjects effectively, utilizing varied instructional strategies to engage diverse learners.
Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to curriculum development.
Participate in school activities, professional development, and continuous learning.
Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
SACE registered.
Proven experience teaching in the FET phase (preferably 2+ years) in Grade 10 - 12.
Strong knowledge of the South African National Curriculum and assessment practices.
