Responsibilities:Responsible for the full debtors and creditor's function.Monthly journals and financial analysis on Income Statement and Balance Sheet of all companies. VAT calculations and reconciling. Cashbooks & Bank Recons.Process payroll and ensure that payments are made to individuals and that statutory reporting is submitted to SARS and paid within the provided timeframe. Monthly payroll recon.Check and capture transactions on a daily/week basis to provide a monthly review of a General Ledger accounts. Monthly GL recons to ensure correct allocation of transactions.Create and maintain a budget for various departments.Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements relating to financial control, financial management and accounting. Ensure implementation and adherence to finance policies, procedures, and systems.Keep record of customer and supplier invoices, quotes, and payments and bank statements and ad-hoc paperwork.Monthly Management Pack analysis and reporting. Actioning necessary changes and interventions based off monthly meetings. Striving to maintain profitable companies through advisement, strategic accounting & analysis.Accounting, financial analysis and strategic intervention, and accurate record keeping.Financial stability and monthly reporting on financial position.Implementing and enforcing Finance SOP`s. Quarterly reviews.Compile and submit complete budget for financial year.Requirements:Bachelors degree in accounting; Member of any professional body (SAIPA).At least 8 Year's experience in a similar role.Managerial capability.Sage/SAPonly short-listed candidates will be contacted.
