Key Responsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage Escort guests to their cabins and familiarize them with the ships amenities Provide personalized and attentive service to guests throughout their stay Take care of guests personal requests and ensure they are met in a timely manner Assist with meal service including setting up and serving meals and ensuring the dining area is clean and wellstocked Maintain and organize guest cabins to the highest standards Coordinate with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and discretion Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed Follow safety and security procedures at all times Perform any other duties as assigned by the Cruise Director or Captain Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler in a luxury hotel or cruise ship setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment Fluent in English knowledge of other languages is a plus Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays Must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally Must have a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service We offer competitive salary and benefits including medical dental and vision insurance 401k and paid time off.
