Feedmill Quality Manager

QUALITY MANAGER AT LEADING FEEDMILL, MPUMALANGA. Salary highly negotiable.
As the Quality Manager, you will be entirely in charge of overseeing and ensuring the highest quality standards at our feed mill. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and continuously improve the quality of our products, processes and systems – working closely with various departments to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and customer expectations.

Minimum Requirements
Relevant qualification – Degree/Qualification in Quality Management, Food Science, Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in a quality management role, preferably in the feed or food industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems.Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality.Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.Manage quality documentation and reporting.Please ensure that you send the following information/documents in one email to support your application:
