With a strong legacy of success and innovation, they are seeking a Financial Director to join their executive leadership team.Duties:- Oversee all financial functions, ensuring compliance with JSE regulations and IFRS standards.- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth objectives.- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.- Provide strategic financial insights to guide decision-making and business growth.- Drive financial performance, cost efficiency, and risk management initiatives.Education and experience:- A Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification.- At least 10 years of senior financial management experience, preferably within a listed / multi-national entity.- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.- Experience working in a technology / IT environment
