SCOPE OF THE ROLE To provide remote system and site-based support to the Company Mining customers. To develop procedures and system reports in response to the CUSTOMER'S requests and needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Health and SafetyComply with all health and safety measures in place on the CUSTOMER'S mine sitesClearly understand and comply with all the rules and regulations that exist on the CUSTOMER'S mine sites and seek help if any confusionEnsure that colleagues comply with health and safety regulations and address any irregularitiesMaintain safe environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulationsSeek to identify and propose procedures that can improve health and safety in the workplace PersonnelFoster an environment that supports technical staff and allows them to succeed.Provide coaching of colleagues to build capacity and morale.Identify and recommend training opportunities for self and colleagues. DutiesMonitor and respond to system events on a computer terminal.
