Fatca Tax Associate

Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable FATCA Tax Associate to join their operational tax team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to delve into all aspects of reporting under the umbrella of operational tax, with a focus on implementing group-wide processes and procedures. The successful candidate will be expected to provide support to the rest of the operational tax team, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to in relation to FATCA and CRS reporting.
Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to policies and procedures in relation to FATCA and CRS reportingSupport annual investor reporting processes including FATCA/CRSUpdate information in proprietary database systemsAssist with monitoring wider compliance and reporting obligations such as US withholding processesPrepare withholding tax statementsMaintain operational tax archives, including administrative duties related to tax department's activitiesRequirements: Minimum 2+ years' experience in tax reportingExposure to FATCA and CRS or US chapter 3 withholding taxes desiredStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational and communication skillsConfidence working within a small teamHigh motivation and flexibility with undertaking various projects as neededStrong Office 365 (Word, Excel etc.) knowledgeFluency in EnglishCompany Details: Our client is a global Private Equity firm that values commitment, collaboration, and continuous learning.
