Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Degree in marketing / related with knowledge and experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry advantageousAble to lead or assist leaders on cross functional projects and teamsWorking knowledge of marketing and communication fundamentalsGood business acumen and able to balance priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing environmentThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:Marketing provide input into store-specific marketing programs that drive sales growth that support and ties in with the broader marketing strategy; Input into, implementation and measurement of communication plans related to promotional cycles, including, but not limited to, internal communication to stores, creative elements, media plan rate negotiations and scheduling, monitor digital ad posts, competitions; Coordinate all Local Store Marketing activations; Ensure creative is accurate to brief; Coordinate JBPs and new store openings with various stakeholders as required, and generate reports on results; Conduct periodic restaurant visits to inspect and improve restaurants marketing materials; Monitor all social media platforms and engage with customers where necessary. Maintain 90% response rate on all platforms; Build strong relationships with stakeholders which will drive the businesses catering platformBrand building Participate in developing the Brand Strategy based on local consumer insights; Lead and execute locally based Brand Building projects which are bigger in scope than regular activations (e.g. influencer campaigns, events, pop-up shops); Competitor analysis and media trackingGeneral / admin Gathering, reporting and sharing of marketing best practices; negotiate contracts and rates with media suppliers; Build media plan scheduling with media suppliers which adheres to provided budget; Identify potential opportunities within their market to grow sales and improve brand healthSalary: R15 000.00 per month, dependent on candidates experience
