About the Role:Manage various aspects of the farm, including orchards, gardens, vegetables, animals, game, maintenance, and overall business operations.Develop and implement farming practices that align with permaculture and organic principles.Provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring effective delegation, support, and performance management.To be successful in this role, you will require a formal qualification in agriculture, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver's license. At least 3 years of experience in stone fruit or similar agricultural operations is necessary.
