Farm Manager (Open To Expat)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Farm Manager to oversee and enhance our client's farming operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of crop and livestock management, and a passion for sustainable agriculture.
Responsibilities: Oversee the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of soya, wheat, onion, and maize.
Manage the livestock operations, ensuring health and productivity.
Implement efficient farming practices to maximize yield and minimize waste.
Supervise and train farm staff, fostering a productive and cooperative work environment.
Manage farm resources, including machinery, equipment, and supplies.
Oversee the management and maintenance of the farm's fleet of vehicles, including tractors and other machinery.
Maintain accurate records of farm activities, expenses, and production.
Ensure all farming practices comply with relevant agricultural regulations and standards.
Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of sustainable farming practices.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in farm management, preferably with experience in crop and livestock farming.
