Farm Manager

Duties: Your duties will include but not be limited to:Daily inspection of perimeter fence for breaks or damages and advise owner if repairs are neededMonitor animalsPurchasing supplies when neededBe a problem solver with a hands-on approachRecommend improvements where neededSchedule repairs and maintenance of equipment or buildings when neededOnce accommodation is complete and up and running, arrange and oversee hunts and stay oversMaintain accommodation to a high standardHost guests and ensure their stay is of a high standardHave a passion for the farm and grow its reputation as a successful, professional hunting lodgeWilling to work overtime as requiredJob Types: Full-time, PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:Ladybrand, Free State: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Farm Management: 5 years (Required)Language:Afrikaans (Required)English (Required)Application Deadline: 2024/10/23
