Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of private family matters, including but not limited to divorce, financial remedy, child arrangements, and cohabitation disputes.Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of family law issues, ensuring a high standard of client care at all times.Conduct negotiations, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court where necessary.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law and legislative developments to ensure the best outcomes for clients.Handle cases from inception to conclusion, managing all aspects of legal processes and documentation.Work closely with colleagues and clients to provide clear, practical advice, with the aim of resolving cases efficiently and amicably where possible.Contribute to the firm's business development efforts and support the team in enhancing client relationships.Requirements:
