What Will I Be Doing? Work closely with at-risk youth and their families, utilizing the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model.Conduct individual and family sessions within the community.Provide comprehensive case management to support the mental health and overall well-being of clients.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and support.Am I A Good Fit? Passionate about making a difference in the lives of at-risk youth and families.Dedicated, compassionate, and driven to create positive change.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.Background in human services and a commitment to serving others is preferred.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human services (master's preferred)Child Mental Health experience required: 1 year with a master's degree;2 years with a Human Services Bachelor's degree or4 years with a non-Human Services Bachelor's degree.QP qualifications per NC standardsFamily Centered Treatment (FCT) Certification preferred.NC Clinical License (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A) preferred.Access to reliable transportation with adherence to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, insurance, and driver's license).Why Join Us?
