Factory/Production Manager

Responsibilities: Manage daily production of glass and aluminium windows and doors. Oversee staff to ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Optimize production processes and implement efficiency improvements. Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment. Coordinate with procurement for raw materials, ensuring adequate inventory. Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations. Resolve production issues and implement cost-saving initiatives. Requirements: 5 years in production management in the windows and doors or related industry. Strong leadership and process optimization skills. Familiarity with glass and aluminium manufacturing processes. Knowledge of quality control and Lean manufacturing principles. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
