As Factory Manager, you will collaborate with the General Manager and department heads to develop and execute operational strategies. Youll be responsible for overseeing Production, Logistics, Process Control, and Security, managing and mentoring teams to uphold business continuity. Your role will include designing and implementing effective use plans for raw materials and packaging, focusing on process improvements to reduce waste and enhance efficiency. In this position, you will conduct daily root cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and ensure site KPIs are met. Coordinating with stakeholders for smooth product launches and managing holiday-specific product planning are key aspects of this role, along with overseeing internal and external audits and providing essential training.
