Factory Manager

Finstone SA (Division of Wanli Stone Belfast) is looking for a Factory Manager who is highly organized, operational oriented, professional, and skilled with exceptional machinery skills to lead the Factory.Requirements:Minimum Academic & Experience required for this position:Grade 12.At least 2 years Management Experience and Project Management (Granite).Experience and valid certificate for forklift, overhead crane, and saw machinery.Knowledge of general maintenance.Must be able to work on heights.General:The Applicant should be residing in Brits.Valid SA code 08 driver licence and own vehicle.Core Competencies:High level maintenance knowledge and experience, attention to detail, with the ability to demonstrate professional judgment.Ability to influence, servant leadership, collaboration, and flexibility.Excellent communication skills, customer relations, service, and ability to influence cross-functionally by tailoring messaging for various stakeholders.Ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels/functions of the organization across diverse cultures.Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Exceptional attention to detail.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.A desire for continuous improvement and learning.
