Finstone SA ( Division of Wanli Stone Belfast ) is looking for a Factory Manager who is highly organized, operational orientated, professional and skilled with exceptional machinery skills to lead the Factory. Summary purpose/expectations: The purpose of this role is to ensure managing the factory and conduct quality pertaining Granite Products. We are committed towards continuous improvement and strive for excellence in every aspect of our operation. Key deliverables: Monitoring production lines for effectiveness, sufficiency and quality. Identifying and resolving manufacturing and machinery problems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. Conducting regular inspections and quality control checks. Training and guiding production staff on best practices. Maintaining a safe working environment for all employees. Continues risk assessments. Managing employees and administration. Health and safety compliance. Teamwork and Self- Management: Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and accurately maintained. Demonstrate consistent application within the Group, company procedures and policies. Plan, prioritise and demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands. Demonstrate abilities to anticipate and manage change. Flexible in managing all aspect within the factory environment. Lead by example. Requirements: Minimum Academic & Experience required for this position: Grade 12. At least 2 years Management Experience and Project Management (Granite). Experience and valid certificate for forklift, overhead crane and saw machinery. Knowledge of general maintenance. Must be able to work on heights. General: The Applicant should be in residing in Brits. Valid SA code 08 driver licence and own vehicle.
