Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Factory Specialist (GENERAL MANAGER) in the food/restaurant industry at our client based in Randburg.
The Operations Factory Specialist will be responsible for overseeing operations management, project management, sales, and communication tasks on a daily basis. The store produces all its products for the 50+ Restaurants that it owns, from the pizza dough to the cakes.

Strong Costing Skills
Strong Budgeting and Finances
Effective Communication skills
Experience in Sales and Operations Management
Project Management expertise
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Detail-oriented and organized
Knowledge of food/restaurant industry operations
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - bonus not required focused on experience
Food and Beverage Experience

Must be flexible with overtime or weekend work as it is the food and beverage / restaurant industry.
