START DATE : A.S.A.P / ImmediateREQUIREMENTS:5 years' experience in a similar field, with knowledge/experience in Perspex, Wood, Vinyl, and Signage manufacturingOwn transportTime management skillsKnowledge of Health & Safety regulationsExperience with MS Office DUTIES: Plan and organize production schedulesAssess project and resource requirementsEstimate, negotiate, and agree on budgets and timescales with clients and managersEnsure compliance with health & safety regulationsDetermine quality control standardsOversee production processes in a hands-on mannerRe-negotiate timescales or schedules as necessarySelect, order, and purchase materialsOrganize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipmentLiaise with buyers, marketing, and sales staffSupervise and manage the work of junior staffOrganize relevant training sessions HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
