Factory Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Factory Administrator to join our team. The Factory Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions within the factory, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Responsibilities: Assist with wages and leave schedules General administration tasks Prepare and submit reports Assist with PPE and Health & Safety paperwork and processes Assist with medical administration Assist with training schedules and documentation Assist with stock takes Maintain a clean and organized workplace Requirements South African citizen Minimum post-matric qualification (degree advantageous) Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing environment Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Excellent administrative skills Willingness to work in a factory environment (for female candidates, this may involve entering and exiting the factory, so hairnets and personal protective equipment will be required) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
