Purpose of the position: The Facility Team Lead will be responsible for overall facility performance and an anchor to ensure all program deliverables are successfully achieved through allocation of LOE to support QI, Case Management, Viral monitoring, CLI, eLabs and RTCQI etc. Supports DoH in terms of CLI aspects at SPI-RT Level 3 and 4 facilities according to a routine schedule (Level 3 light touch support - each facility will have engagement minimum once a month; Level 4 surveillance support - each facility will have engagement minimum once a quarter; SEAD will provide technical assistance to QI mentors in this capacity; Level 2 and below facilities are directly supported by SEAD, the technical assistance partner for CLI).
The project aims to institutionalise and strengthen local capacity through provision of technical, mentorship and direct service delivery support to TB and HIV services when required and interacts with Ward Based PHC Outreach Teams (WBPHCOT) and Community Based Organisations (CBO) as required.
