ResponsibilitiesOversee the operational functions.Ensure full compliance with operation controls, policies, procedures, and service standards.Lead all key property issues including capital projects, maintenance, customer service, and refurbishment.Handle complaints and oversee the service recovery procedures.Manage ongoing profitability, ensuring revenue and resident satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.Develop improvement actions and carry out cost savings.Have a strong understanding of financial statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies.Closely monitor business reports on a daily basis and make decisions accordingly.Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Accommodation, Food & Beverage, Admin & General are on target and accurate.Maximize revenue through innovative sales practices and yield management programs.Prepare daily and monthly financial reporting.Draw up plans and budgets (revenue, costs, etc.).Act as a final decision maker in hiring key staff.Provide effective leadership to team members.Lead in all aspects of business planning.Required Skills And ExperienceA university degree or diploma in facility/hotel management or a related field is beneficial, with experience in managing a facility/hotel and a clear track record.Facility/Hotel Management experience: 5 to 6 years.Computer Literate: 10 years or more.Finance Skills: 5 to 6 years.The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly intelligent professional with outstanding management skills and extensive hands-on experience.Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
