As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and management of our client's facilities, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and provide a safe and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facilitiesDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programsManage and coordinate work orders and maintenance requestsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsManage and negotiate vendor contractsMonitor and control facility budgetsSupervise a team of maintenance staffCoordinate facility projects and renovationsProvide regular reports on facility performance and activitiesRequirementsProven experience as a Facilities Manager or similar roleStrong knowledge of facility management principles and best practicesExcellent organizational and leadership skillsAbility to manage a diverse team and multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of health and safety regulationsBachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field is preferredProfessional certification in Facility Management is a plusBenefitsSalary: R500k CTC - R450k CTC (negotiable)Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
