Facilities ManagerSuccessful candidates must have:-
Experience in buildings and grounds maintenanceExperience managing maintenance, cleaning and security teamsProficiency in basic maintenance trades ie electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, mechanicsExperience working out maintenance plans and work schedulesExperience managing a facilities budget and implementing control systemsKnowledge of health and safety requirementsExperience with borehole pumps and irrigations systemsPsira registered would be an advantagebe able to identify with the values, ethos and mission of the Collegebe willing to participate in all aspects of the College's life as well as being a team playerSubject to police clearance, sexual offences and child protection clearanceClosing date for applications: 12th July 2024.
