Position: Facilities Manager
Contract Type: 3 month's probation and then permanent
Purpose of the Job: The Mid- to Senior-Level Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational, and financial aspects of all facilities within their portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with legal, safety, and sustainability requirements.
This role encompasses leadership in managing both on-site and remote facilities, aligning operations with the organization's objectives, and providing high-quality services to internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, Commerce, Management or a related field
Minimum 7 years in facilities management, with at least 3 years in a senior role managing multiple locations and teams

Job Responsibilities:

Governance & Compliance: Ensure facility management practices adhere to legal, regulatory, and group governance frameworks.
Operational Excellence: Maintain seamless, cost-effective operations across all facilities, focusing on preventive maintenance, service delivery, and innovation.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a diverse team, including in-house staff and external service providers, promoting a culture of efficiency and safety.
Financial Management: Control operating and capital expenditures while ensuring resources are used efficiently.
Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure a positive experience for tenants and seat rental clients, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of facility-related queries.

Competencies Required: Facilities management, cost control and budgeting, managing FM team.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 07h30 - 16h00, overtime when required.
