Job DescriptionAssists in the administration and maintenance of all Bank facilities, grounds and equipment, ensuring continuous and efficient operation thereof.
Ensure correct invoicing and maintenance was concluded to decrease losses to the bank.Manage costs/expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff members.Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines regarding the Bank's Facilities and maintenance.Assimilate and record maintenance data and control and co-ordinate all contractual services including checking and processing contractual and ad hoc maintenance invoices processes.Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.Follow up on matters under diary.Job DetailsTake note that applications will not be accepted on the below date and onwards, kindly submit applications ahead of the closing date indicated below. 29/10/24
