INTRODUCATION: We are currently seeking a Senior Administrator: Built Environment that will provide administrative support to the Manager: Facilities in respect to building environment job card administration for maintenance tasks, placing orders from suppliers, monitoring reception and general office administration. The preferred candidate should have a Certificate in Administration and at least 2 years' experience in job card management (automated) and built environment/facilities/building maintenance experience.
QUALIFICATION: Higher Certificate in Administration (NQF Level 5)

Stays abreast of reception policies, procedures & budgets.
Stays abreast of reception & switchboard requirements.
Stays abreast of emergency safety protocols.
Acts as first-line contact for outsourced security-, cleaning- & canteen staff.
Monitors customer service at front desk.
Raises purchase orders for goods & services from facilities suppliers.
Monitors service provision (quality, timeliness, etc).
