Key Responsibilities:Facilitation of Learning:Deliver training sessions covering essential digital skills, catering to various learning styles and levels of expertiseUtilize blended learning methods, integrating digital tools, e-learning platforms, and interactive techniques to enhance engagement and understandingCurriculum Development and Delivery:Collaborate in designing and updating course content in line with industry standards and trendsEnsure that all course material aligns with QCTO and SETA requirements, maintaining accurate records of learner progress and program effectivenessAssessment and Feedback:Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners, ensuring progress and competence developmentAdapt training methods based on learner feedback and performance to continuously improve the learning experienceCompliance and Quality AssuranceEnsure training programs are compliant with QCTO and SETA standards, including all necessary documentation and reportingParticipate in quality assurance processes, preparing for audits, and site visits as requiredQualifications:Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in education, digital skills training, background in Business Analysis, Robotics Process Automation, Software Development, or Data ScienceQCTO and SETA accreditation is preferredInternational certifications useful e.g Java, Python, AWS, and AzureExperience and Skills:Proven experience in facilitating digital skills training or related areas, ideally within a blended learning environmentSolid understanding of QCTO and SETA accreditation processes, requirements, and standardsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage learners effectivelyExperience training in an online classroom environmentExtensive use of LMS softwareA commitment to continuous professional development in digital education methods and tools
