Duties & ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Training, and Short CoursesFacilitate full learnershipAssessing theoretical modules and qualificationsAdministrationDesired Experience & QualificationQualificationsVocational qualification - NQF Level 5 As per QCTO requirements (one [1] Subject Level higher than being Facilitated)Facilitation qualifications or equivalentAssessor qualification with relevant registrations ExperienceWill facilitate the following modules:Wholesale and Retail Operations NQF Level 2Contact Centre NQF Level 4Generic Management NQF Level 4Management NQF Level 3Business Admin NQF Level 33 - 5 years experience in HRD / Training and Development field3 - 5 years experience in Learning and Development within OBE SETA and/or NQF contextODETDP (Occupationally Directed Education Training Development Practices) qualification or equivalent will be an advantageA workable understanding of SETA, QCTO & SAQAUnderstand principles of Education, Training and DevelopmentAbility to implement / apply Legislative requirements [example SDA; SDLA & OHSA]Ability to identify, quality assure and/or assess theoretical modules requiredAbility to present / deliver training modulesGood facilitation and presentation skillsAbility to liaise with all levels throughout the Organisation and/or GroupHigh level of computer literacyODETDP (Occupationally Directed Education Training Development Practices) qualification or equivalent will be an advantage
