At AESG we are looking for a Facade Designer to support the Facade division and work alongside our other specialist disciplines. The role will include independent project management of complex design and construction projects, covering all aspects of façade design. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating technical engineering solutions and a willingness to work across multiple large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities: Delivery and execution of projects to a high level of quality within project deadlinesDeveloping system drawings and specifications with supervisionProven competence and technical expertise in façade designPreparation of RIBA stage reports during project designDeveloping BMU strategies during the project designGuiding junior team members within the project teamAssisting in preparing proposals and quotations for new opportunitiesSeek opportunities for repeat work and extension of work scope on projectsMinimum Requirements: BSc or MSc in Architecture or similarA minimum of 2 years of façade design and engineering experienceBe able to work successfully in a collaborative team-oriented environmentBe able to work under pressure and meet deadlinesBe able to independently represent AESGUnderstand AESG's liabilities and interests of various stakeholders within the projectBe able to participate in the general business development and cultivate new and existing client contactsAESG is a multidisciplinary specialist consultancy, offering a consultancy service and work environment like no other.
