We are looking for a skilled Fabricator with experience in cutting, bending, punch press, assembling, and welding, and the ability to understand and follow drawings.Our client is a family-owned independent business, recruiting for a Sheet Metal Worker/Fabricator to join their busy and growing operation.Sheet Metal Worker / Fabricator Roles And ResponsibilitiesFabricate, assemble, and sheet metal components.Work from engineering drawings to complete customer builds, using dimensional tools such as rules, calculators, and set squares.Set and operate hydraulic press brake.Fasten and join seams in sheet metal with solder, welds, and inserts.Use hand and power tools to trim, buff, smooth, file, and grind metal surfaces and joints of assembled parts.Select the appropriate type and gauge of sheet metal for projects.The Ideal Sheet Metal Worker/Fabricator WillHave proven experience in the assembly of sheet metal components and fabrications.Be able to read and work from customer drawings.Have experience working within a manufacturing environment.Be able to lift heavy materials and tools.Possess a good level of literacy and numeracy.TIG welding experience would also be an advantage.This is a permanent role with an immediate start available for the successful candidate.Call ESS Employment today for more details or email your CV to ****** look forward to hearing from you.
