F&I Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance and Insurance (F&I) Assistant to join a company in Potchefstroom . The F&I Assistant will support the Finance Manager in handling administrative tasks related to automotive financing and insurance processes. Experience with Signio software is required to excel in this role. Requirements: High school diploma Proven experience as an F&I Assistant within the automotive industry Proficiency with Signio software (non-negotiable) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities: Assist the Finance Manager in preparing and completing paperwork for vehicle financing and leasing. Utilize Signio software to process credit applications and contracts efficiently. Ensure accurate and timely submission of financing applications to financial institutions. Maintain meticulous records of finance transactions and customer interactions. Coordinate with customers to gather necessary documentation and information for financing. Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager during negotiations and deal closures. Handle inquiries from customers regarding financing options and terms.
