Requirements:
Relevant Qualification in Hospitality, catering or similar
At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role with proven experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a focus on training or supervisory roles.
Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including service standards, menu development, and inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups.
Ability to design and implement effective training programs and materials.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A strong passion for the industry and motivating employees in F&B to upskill themselves- A constant support and well of knowledge for the staff
Have the tools and experience to create training materials and modules for all floor and kitchen staff and be able to evaluate and asses their effectiveness
Hands on training- organising workshops, training sessions etc as needed
Stay up to date with new trends in the F&B world- communicate this knowledge effectively to staff.
Educate employees on health, safety, and sanitation practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Instil a strong sense of customer service in all training programs, emphasizing the importance of guest satisfaction.
Work closely with management to identify training needs and align programs with company goals and objectives. - give feedback as necessary and advice on changes needed
Driver's License with own transport would be very beneficial

Package:
Salary: R20 000 CTC
Live out in Cape Town so CT candidates preferred
