F&B Manager
for a prestigious luxury hotel in Durban. This is a prime opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and innovate in a high-end dining environment.
Your Mission:
As the F&B Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring top-tier service and exceptional dining experiences for guests.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing the entire F&B operation, upholding the highest standards of quality, service, and presentation across all dining venues.
Leading and mentoring a skilled team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
Handling budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing revenue while maintaining high guest satisfaction.
Collaborating with the culinary team to design and implement innovative and enticing menus.
Coordinating and executing events with precise planning and flawless execution.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all F&B operations.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in F&B management, ideally within a luxury hotel environment.
Strong understanding of current F&B trends, with a passion for innovation and excellence.
Proven financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
