What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience: A Hotel Management Diploma/Degree is a must, along with at least one year of managerial experience in Food & Beverage service.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with property management systems like Pilot, Semper, and Vingcard.
People Skills: An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a talent for managing teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure prompt and efficient service of all food and beverages.
Maintain impeccable restaurant and conference room standards.
Train and lead a dedicated team of waitstaff and bartenders.
Handle customer complaints with grace and efficiency.
