F&B Manager - Eastern Cape

A 70 roomed, 4* hotel is looking for a F&B manager with the following requirements - DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE THE SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE LISTED and you are required to provide contactable references from your last two employers : -
Diploma in hotel/restaurant management
Minimum of 5 years' working experience in a a 4* hotel with over 50 rooms, in a f&b management role
Exceptional Food & Beverage AND Banqueting knowledge and experience in 4 or 5* hotels
Strong understanding of Labour Law and Disciplinary procedures
Must be proficient on Opera and Micros
Strong admin skills, Operations skills and Time management skills.
Also work as Hotel Duty Manager overseeing all departments - Guest Relations, Housekeeping and Front Office
Experienced on platforms such as Guest Revu and Trip Advisor.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must agree to background and credit check.
Shift work - 6 days a week
