Job Description Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the F&B Outlet Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceSupervise the Pyramid Restaurant & Bar team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followedMaximize revenues by upselling and following budget guidelinesHandle guest concerns, reacting quickly and professionallyBalance operational and Colleague needsHave full knowledge of all menus and promotionsEnsure Colleagues have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods being served in the Pyramid Restaurant & BarQualifications: Previous Food and Beverage leadership experience requiredValid TABC & Food Handlers Certification requiredPrevious Point of Sale system experience requiredComputer literate in Microsoft Windows applications requiredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesPhysical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): Constant standing and walking throughout shiftFrequent lifting and carrying up to 25 lbsFrequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, liftingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and rampsVisa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
