Responsibilities: Manage internal sales operations, handling telephonic inquiries and processing walk-in customer orders in the absence of the Internal Sales RepresentativeConduct training sessions with customers both on-site and at their premises to ensure product understanding and effective usageVisit a pre-defined number of customers weekly, dedicating 90% of the time to fieldwork, meeting with existing and potential clients to explore new markets and opportunitiesPrepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly reports on customer visits and regional performance, including updates through Excel spreadsheetsRepresent the company at trade shows and exhibitions within the designated region, ensuring a professional presenceParticipate in occasional overnight business trips to remote areas (approximately every two months)Develop and implement basic plans and strategies aimed at driving growth and market expansionClose deals effectively and build strong, long-term business relationships, going beyond simple order-takingDemonstrate trustworthiness and the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionRequirements: Technical sales experienceDrive and commitmentStrong communication skills essentialThe ability to work independently and with initiativePassionate about sales and sellingMust be knowledgeable on all basic Excel and Word documentsKnowledge of Syspro and Q or similar software packages
