External Site Manager

Reference: EXSM3929_1734960732 Posted: December 23, 2024 Job Title: External Site Manager I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a tier 1 residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting an External Site Manager for their major residential scheme based in East London.
Responsibilities: Manage the external packages including RC frame, ground works, hard and soft landscaping, and facade works.
Ensure the safety of temporary works.
Coordinate sub-contractors.
Ensure quality assurance is met to a high standard.
Qualifications: BEng Civil Engineering degree.
Minimum of 5 years experience working for a residential main contractor or residential developer.
Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid Certificate.
This is a one-year freelance contract role, with payments made via CIS.
