A top tier contractor is hiring for a Site Manager to work on a large mixed-use project in East London.
About the role: Site Manager You will be managing the external package which consists of a 10 story RC Frame. The ground-works have been finished and the RC frame due to start in September. Reporting into an on-site Senior Site Manager to work for 6 months within the East London area.
Responsibilities for Site Manager: Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites.Enforce health & safety protocols, manage risks, and address any issues promptly.Coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to keep the project on track.Maintain quality standards by monitoring workmanship, materials, and adherence to specifications.When challenges arise, you will find solutions to keep the project moving forward.Effectively communicate by liaising with team members, report progress, and address concerns.Directly liaising with the RC Frame Sub-Contractors on site.Requirement for Site Manager: CSCSSMSTSFAAWExtensive experience with RC Frames.If you want to hear more about this Site Manager role, please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV or contact Jack Stanton-Gleaves in our London office on 07305 013739 or email me direct on ******
