R8 500 basic, company fuel and cell phone, plus excellent commission scheme 12% of gross margin. Includes medical aid and provident fund. OUR CLIENT, ESTABLISHED IN THE EARLY 1980S, ARE LEADERS IN THE MANUFACTURE AND EXPORT OF METALWORK PRODUCTS AND HAVE BRANCHES THROUGHOUT SOUTHERN AFRICA. Applicants should be/have the following: · Matric Certificate · Qualification in sales and marketing - an advantage · Drafting experience and/or ability to accurately measure clients requirements on site an advantage · Minimum 3 years experience in a technical/industrial engineering sales and marketing environment. · Sales experience in Steel Fabricated products (domestic & industrial) such as steel gates, steel fencing, burglar guards, stairways, walkway structures, balustrades etc. an advantage · Proven sales track record & a Hunter sales profile, i.e. the ability to seek out and win new business · Computer Literacy - MS Office (Word & Excel), email etiquette and numeracy skills · Valid unendorsed drivers license · Must have own reliable vehicle · Strong communication and marketing skills · Able to present a compelling sales proposition Key Performance Areas/Responsibilities: · Maintain and develop the customer / client base · Generating new business (including cold calling) and maintaining existing customer accounts · Find innovative and creative ways to build the customer base · Meet clients on site and do required accurate measurements required for fabrication · Attend to any queries and complaints from customers · Ensuring Customer Satisfaction · Quoting on a wide variety of Steel fabricated products · Meeting Sales Targets Remuneration: · negotiable basic, company cell phone and company fuel. · Plus, excellent commission scheme 12% of gross margin · Includes company provident fund after three months To apply, please: Send your CV to jessicarsrecruitment.co.za in MS Word format ; please be sure to include the following information: Date of Birth Citizenship Area of Residence Availability Current/Previous Salary Salary Expectations Reasons for leaving all your positions.
