External Sales Representative – Klerksdorp

Voltex (Pty) Ltd is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the role of an External Sales Representative for their Klerksdorp branch. This incumbent will be reporting to the Regional Manager.The main function of this position is actively seek out and engage both existing as well as new customer prospects and to, provide solutions for customers in order to boost revenue growth.The key tasks & responsibilities for this position are to:Maintain sales and support to existing clients in the area allocatedCompile an accurate and comprehensive data base on customers and their relationships/influencesGenerate growth of allocated and new customer basePrepare and conduct presentations to customersConduct exhibitions and customer specific training if requiredPrepare and report on sales for your area allocatedAttend key project or customer meetingsReport on competitor activities in the areaCompile monthly sales review and forecasts against agreed targetsPerform other duties as directed by managementEstablish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needsPromote customer understanding of full product understanding of full products offering and align to provide a solutionEnsure a positive customer experience throughout the sales processConsulting to Specifiers, Influencers and Engineering Consultants in the areaThe key educational requirements and experience for this position would be:A valid Grade 12 certificate is a MUSTA tertiary technical qualification preferably in Electrical Field would be an ADVANTAGEA minimum of 3-4 years Electrical Sales experienceKnowledge of electrical industryValid driver's licence is a MUSTComputer literate – preference will be given to users with strong K8 knowledgeJob Features Job Category Sales Apply Online First Name * Last Name * Race * Are you an internal or external candidate? * Should you not receive any feedback from us within 3 weeks of applying, please consider your application as unsuccessful *
