External Sales Representative

This person will play a vital role in maintaining and developing market share through the ability to offer product solutions and levels of service that exceed those offered by our competitors.
Key Performance Areas: A systematic and proactive approach to sales activities with specific reference to call planning The development of relationships with customers & potential customers Identifying, analysing & ranking existing & new customers in designated territory according to their needs and business potential Setting up medium- & short-term call plans to ensure the effective management of customers in territory Identification of new business opportunities Actively following up your sales performance to ensure sales budgets are met Attending marketing & sales functions as required from time to time Requirements: An academic qualification of a Matric exemption with Maths and Sciences as qualifying subjects Experience in Technical Sales - Mechanical / Industrial Products In-depth knowledge of presales process & presenting suitable solutions and after sales service Proven track record in sales of pumps or related products Valid drivers license
