External Sales Representative

This person will play a vital role in maintaining and developing market share through the ability to offer product solutions and levels of service that exceed those offered by our competitors. Key Performance Areas: A systematic and proactive approach to sales activities with specific reference to call planning The development of relationships with customers & potential customers Identifying, analysing & ranking existing & new customers in designated territory according to their needs and business potential Setting up medium- & short-term call plans to ensure effective management of customers in territory Identification of new business opportunities Actively following up your sales performance to ensure sales budgets are met Attending marketing & sales functions as required from time to time Requirements: An academic qualification of a Matric exemption with Maths and sciences as qualifying subjects Experience in Technical Sales - Mechanical / Industrial Products In-depth knowledge of presales process & presenting suitable solutions and after sales service
