External Sales Representative

Job Title:  External Sales Representative Our client, in the automotive industry, is looking to employ a External Sales Representative for their team in Centurion .
The salesman will assist the customer in understanding the companies' products and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and renewals.
Duties & Responsibilities: Educating Customers on Product ranges Assisting with quotes Answering incoming customer calls Identifying customer needs and d Conducting regular follow-up calls developing Relationships and demonstrating value Capturing companies and reporting feedback Actively participating in training Supervise and control resources effectively to support customer delivery requirements Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Communicat with the stakeholders regarding the impact of market change, product changes and potential effects on customer complaints Required qualification and working knowledge: 5 years of experience Customer Care and Sales experience in automotive parts Marketing Diploma or Degree Experience with numbers and systems Valid Drivers Licence Experience with sales environment within the automotive industry
