External Sales Representative

Our client in the Steel Manufacturing business is seeking to employ a suitably qualified External Sales Representative.
Minimum Requirements:1year or more recent sales experience, reselling of mild steel and tube is essentialMerSETA, (boilermaker) graduateValid driver's licenseKnowledge of the steel and tube retail industryMust have excellent communication skillsGood emotional intelligenceAbility to read and interpret drawings.Strong trading and negotiating skills.Strong ability to close a dealMust be willing to travelDuties and Responsibilities:Service new and existing customersReach and exceed sales targetsGenerate Quotations for customersBuild and maintain relationships with customersIncrease market shareOffer technical advice to CustomersFollow up on outstanding ordersWork closely with the sales team.Produce a sales report as required
