Job Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of sales, Matric.Owning a vehicle is a requirement as you would be travelling.Proven experience in electrical sales is a non-negotiable. Job DutiesWeekly Reporting:Submit a weekly plan sheet, feedback report sheet, and projects report sheet to management.Customer Engagement:Call on wholesalers, contractors, architects, Solar Installers and consulting engineersAlways have a clear objective when visiting a customer. (Reason)Build and maintain good relationships to earn customers' trust.Attitude and Conduct:Maintain a positive attitude towards the company.Be honest and ethical during working hours.Always be professional while representing the company.Availability:Open the shop over weekends if needed for breakdowns.Only go home if management has been informed with a valid reason.Market Intelligence:Report any changes in the marketplace or instances where the opposition has been chosen over the company.Identify and report what went wrong and suggest corrective measures.Proactive Communication:Act as the company's eyes and ears in the field, reporting anything necessary for management to know.Provide helpful ideas and suggestions to management, knowing they will be given due attention.Performance and Growth:Perform duties to the best of his abilities.Understand the role is challenging but rewarding and will foster personal growth.Know that the company supports him as long as he acts in the company's best interests.Expectations:Professionalism:Maintain high levels of professionalism and ethics during all customer interactions.Exhibit a positive and proactive attitude towards company objectives.Customer Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers.Always have a purpose and clear objectives during customer visits.Reporting and Accountability:Submit detailed and accurate weekly reports on plans, feedback, and projects.Provide insightful feedback on market conditions and customer preferences.Market Awareness:Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.Report any significant changes or competitive actions to management.Availability and Commitment:Be available to open the shop over weekends if necessary.Ensure transparency with management regarding work hours and reasons for leaving early.Innovation and Feedback:Actively contribute ideas and suggestions for business improvement.Report any issues or opportunities observed in the field.Performance Excellence:Strive for excellence in all duties and responsibilities.Embrace the challenges of the role and leverage them for personal and professional growth.Key Performance Areas (KPAs):Sales Performance:Achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.Effectiveness in building and maintaining customer relationships.Reporting Accuracy:Timeliness and accuracy of weekly reports.Quality and usefulness of feedback provided to management.Market Intelligence:Regular and insightful reporting on market changes and competitor activities.Identification of areas for improvement based on market feedback.Professional Conduct:Consistency in maintaining professionalism and ethical behaviour.Positive representation of the company permanently.Customer Satisfaction:High levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Effective resolution of customer issues and concerns.Innovation and Improvement:Contribution of valuable ideas for business improvement.Proactive identification and reporting of issues and opportunities.Attendance and Performance:Consistency in attendance and adherence to work schedules.Performance in meeting and exceeding role expectations.SalaryBasic - R15 000Car Allowance - R 5500Cell Phone Allowance - R 600Petrol Card will be provided Commission
