We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an External Sales Consultant in our electrical retail store.
The incumbent is to be an ambassador/representative of the franchise and its image. The salesperson actively seeks out and closes sales deals, identifies potential customers, acquires new customers, builds relations with new customers, and maintains relations with existing customers.
Key roles and responsibilities: Financial management - meet sales targetsBusiness process managementOperational requirementsAnalyze the market environments and identify problem areas as well as potential opportunitiesCold CallingTravel to existing and potential customers to:Promote the brand and franchiseSell productsPromote marketing-related promotions and competitionsProvide specialist technical information and knowledgeIdentify new projects and accounts and attempt to close the deal thereofIdentify new and potential clients that can form part of the customer baseFollow in-store leads that may ariseProvide on-site solutions to clientsComplete Field Sales ReportsAssist with internal salesLearn about other department heads & managers to direct customers in the right direction
