Are you someone who can: Apply appropriate sales processes within the area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships. You will be an ideal candidate if you have: Completed a FSCA recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 Qualification or high qualification. Completed First Level Regulatory Examination. Maximizing Business Portfolio cross-sell opportunities and strengthening client relationships. Maintaining expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedure, processing, and timelines to drive and achieve relevant sales targets. Understanding reasons for and complying with governance in terms of legislation and audit requirements. Retrieving all qualified leads from the internal channel sales pipeline and making contact with existing or new customers to generate a sale. Sourcing new leads through external contacts and other channels to increase the customer base if required. Contacting prospective clients and selling appropriate banking products to achieve sales targets. Delivering the end-to-end client management process through continuous engagement with the client on process milestones, selling the FNB value proposition, facilitating the application process on behalf of the client, preparing the proposal to credit, managing internal dependencies, closing the deal, and managing post-sales queries when relevant. Analyzing competitor information gathered and ensuring active monitoring of market trends and influences. Identifying new business opportunities that impact the industry. Tracking, controlling, and influencing sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determined sales targets in line with quality, productivity, and sales requirements. Managing own development to increase own competencies. Additional Requirements: In accordance with the National Credit Act (NCA), candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check.
